Monday: Echo Mountain with Justine and Clara. "It was very hot." 5.3. 
Tuesday - Thursday: Off.
Friday: 40 miles cycled, Tecate to Mount Laguna. See biketour2012.blogspot.com for details on the biking. 
Saturday: 57 miles cycled, Laguna to Oak Grove.
Sunday: 22 miles cycled, Oak Grove to Anza.
Sum: 119 bike + 5.3 run.



6.4.2012 - 6.10.2012
Monday: 65 miles cycled, Idyllwild to Barton Flats.
Tuesday: 72 miles cycled, Barton Flats to Silverwood Lake.
Wednesday: 30 miles cycled, Silverwood Lake to Wrightwood(ish)
Thursday: 66 miles cycled, Wrightwood(ish) to Pasadena.
Friday: Off, Pizza and Beer. :)
Saturday: 10k Mud Run @ Camp Pendleton (with Leaping Llamas - Clara, Perrin, Juliette, and Sylvia)
Sunday: Off, save a wee hike up to a nice vista in Elysian Park with L. Eva.
Sum: 233 bike + 6.2 run.



6.11.2012 - 6.17.2012
Monday: Brown Mountain with Perrin. 7.5 miles or so.
Tuesday: Chantry 5-mile loop with Clara. Ice cream!
