Made it to the gym today. 5 miles on the treadmill, 40 minutes. This exhausted me. Very very minor pain in my right glute. Some abs and weights afterward, including the Barbell Single Leg Stiff Leg Deadlift (10kg, 2 sets of 10 reps for each leg) and the Lying Hip Extension (2 sets of 10 reps for each leg) to strengthen my saddened glutes.
