Tuesday: 30 minutes, NF, vibrams. Some dude was there, also in Vibrams, and he made me "low five" him.
Wednesday-Thursday: Off. I think this is a head cold.
Friday: Chantry 5 mile loop with Clara. Ill-feeling (muscle fatigue, congestion, etc.). We walked the steep bit at the end. 4.5 miles, then?
Saturday: Off again.
Sunday: Off, I think...
