Monday: Andesite, rounds up to 4 miles. Easy, 33 minutes. Still not feeling 100%, but coffee helps.

Tuesday: Picture Rock to the old car and back. 8 miles. 9:30's (~9:14 sea level). PT routine. No ice.

Wednesday: Off. More snow!

Thursday: 10 miles on Apple Valley. 9:12's (~8:45 sea level). Back of left knee hurts. PT, put snow in big Ziploc bags for icing.

Friday: 4 miles, to high school and around baseball field for a bit and back. Hams really stiff today. Especially left. Very slow.

Saturday: 13 or 14 miles out near Button Rock Reservoir with the BTRBC. Good turnout today, including one atmospheric chemist (from Cohen group at Berkeley, who was apparently at my graduation) and one glaciologist from the Netherlands. Eggs and such at Garden Gate Cafe in Niwot after.

The group. That's me on the right. Everyone keeps their distance b/c I smell.

39-40 so far this week. What shall I do tomorrow? Other than sell lingerie.

Sunday: I think I took it off.

Sum: 39 miles.
